Traffic Anxiety is a blog about actually being prepared to say that traffic isn’t just a general nightmare, but that it’s actually a mental health issue we all need to be taking seriously.
Traffic anxiety is the closest term I have to what I feel on a day to day basis, even trying to do something as simple as cross the road to get to my closest convenience store, which is barely 2 minutes’ walk from my house.
These problems can be witnessed in just about every part of the UK, and sadly in most parts of the world too, although there are numerous cities and countries where it’s much less of a problem. Many of these can be found in the Netherlands or Denmark.
